Can we Create two parental relationships for a custom entity in ms crm 2011

Hi,

Requirement to create a  field that is similar functionality to Potential customer field on Opportunity entity.

I have custom entity Called ClearviewAccounts and i need to create a look up fields with Account and Contact and both relationship behavior must be "Parental" .

Is it possible? please share some thoughts
