view setting: flag, icon, categories.

By default setting, I couldn't customize the icon, flag and categories. 

I have tried to change it from view ribbon tab - view settings. However, the changes made in this way cannot be saved. 

Can someone tell me how to do it? I know probably i could do it from solution. However, i really dont want to touch it. Any other way? If not, how to do it via solution?
