Hi,
We have migrated to CRM 2013 On Premise and fixed all the issue in Test Env. Now we moved to UAT and exported all changes This instance. Now on UAT, we have email to case functionality which is not working on UAT but it is working Test Env.
We are using Custom Workflow Activity to create case from Email but case is not getting created.I checked the system event where I can see the below error message. Custom workflow Activity is deployed in sandbox mode. We don't have much access on that server.
Did anyone face this issue??
Any pointer/help how to resolve this issue??
