Hello,
I have a workflow which gets triggered when a record field is changed and sends out mail to a particular mail id which i have set up as a contact. I have exchange server 2010 set on premise and in System settings under email tab have incoming and outgoing mail set to Server side synchronization or email router also at administration level. When i go and check in the Process session i see process succeeded but mails are not sent. Please let me know where is the problem, email router is also configured properly.
