CRM 4: Debugging plugin

Hi all,

I'm new in debugging CRM 4: plugin, so I've reviewed the below reference to learn about the required steps for debuging plugins:

but I've found a step 3 mentining that I should attach the debugger to the w3wp.exe process on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.

Could any body please provide more description about this step and how to do it.

Also please note that I'm using VS 2010 to develop plugins, so If there exist any related additional tips and tricks please mention it here
