In MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client, when a user clicks on Account there is a blank page and at the top there is an error message - "Retrieval of a page from CRM server failed due to an error."
I tried different things to resolve the issue but failed-
1) Delete Temporary files in OUTLOOK CLIENT. Go offline then Online - do Sync., here it updates various new customizations. This was successful but still Account had same error.
2) Diagnosis of MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client, still same issue.
3) Install and reinstall Outlook Client, still same issue with Account entity.
I did some search and found out below link which says -Delete User Settings from DBase.

But I dont have the access to DBase, is there any other solution to this problem.
