CRM2011 Send Direct Email from the Administration Users entity

I want to send an email to users when their new account has been created (On Premise CRM2011)

In the global Template Email - if I choose {!User:First Name;} - it will enter my name in the merged email and not the selected users that I want to email to.  What is the Field name for the selected user?

Output with {!User:First Name;} :
