Came across an situation I did not expect today and I wanted to verify that this is expected behavior. We have a case that is associated to a customer via a field on the case form. This case is also showing up under associated cases for the parent account. (IE. Case shows up under associated case view for both the parent account and the sub-account.) This case is associated with the sub-account via the form. No where can I find anything that is associating the case directly with the parent account. I am wondering if the parent/sub-account relationship is what has caused this association.
Any help would be appreciated.
